In the implementation of this project, which had to have a multi-pitched roof in the building conditions document, we focused on a modern and original form, deviating from the surrounding buildings from a much older period. The characteristic element of this architecture are “dancing” balconies and seam sheet flowing down from the roof surfaces elevations to the base of the ground floor. The property has elegant service premises serving the surrounding housing estate. The project was created for the Inter-Bud company, the Krakow Developer of the Year 2018, with which we have been cooperating for 20 years.
