Another project from the “barn house” series in the style of modern minimalism. Compact and spacious at the same time, enabling social development and providing space for family life. The symmetrical gable roof covered with graphite sheet metal laid on a seam “flows” down the vertical walls to the very base of the building. The characteristic arcade formed by the procedure of retracting the gable wall gives contrast and a more serious character and at the same time fulfills the function of protection from excess sunlight and shapes the garden terrace. For a color and compositional counterbalance, the garage and technical room were placed in a separate block. The shape of the lying cuboid was covered with natural clinker brick in a cream shade. The color was selected based on the guidelines recorded in the local spatial development plan. The house is currently in the construction phase.
