SEMI-DETACHED HOUSE IN KRAKOW

We present a project that in its own form is a complete and finished composition. The structure based on an openwork reinforced concrete frame allows for the development of loggias and covered balconies as well as numerous and interesting sunlight breakers. The front elevation of the building on the ground floor is shaped to provide as much privacy as possible (concrete flower pots supported on a beam) and the upper floors are shaped by the play of balconies and the previously mentioned openwork frame. The rear elevation, the so-called “garden” one, is slightly different in its form, but most of the features are common. The materials complement the whole. Natural facing brick in a warm light beige color contrasts perfectly with the texture of the dark gray large-format tile.

In terms of functionality, these are two houses adjacent to each other, separated by an expansion wall. Both are symmetrical to each other. The entrance to level -1 is a ramp where the owners of the property will find elevators and convenient parking spaces for two cars per premises. The pedestrian entrance is through a gate and a path in the garden on the raised ground floor. Communication can also take place via stairs which, illuminated by the elevations, constitute an attractive part of the interior, not to mention the comfortable and large living rooms and kitchens. Spacious terraces have been designed on the roofs of the buildings. All you have to do is move in! 🙂
