Modernization and reconstruction of the BMW car dealership M-Cars has brought us new experience in the field of project coordination. The building from the nineties did not have electronic documentation and therefore required a complete inventory. Bringing a 20-year-old salon to current BMW standards was quite a challenge. It was necessary, among other things, to lower the ceiling accordingly so that all ventilation was hidden above the suspended ceiling and to create space from level -1 for additional rooms. The project also included toilets and waiting rooms.
