The areas at Marcika street in Krakow have been changing very dynamically recently. After the sale of the surrounding land by the old owners to new developers, we can observe excavations and cranes here. Our Investor also did not idle and decided to build two office buildings on the site of the old Bozza warehouse. The first of them is the gold-graphite building presented above. Its characteristic feature is the free, irregular rhythm of windows and facade panels. The gable wall from the side of Marcika street was distinguished by a structural façade with double glass skin closed in a gold frame. We were able to create the optical effect of the building’s “vibrations” depending on the angle of observation thanks to vertical razor blades applied at various intervals to glass sets. Alucoil aluminum panels, characterized by a holographic effect, further intensify the visual experience. Ground floor highlighted with dark colors, the rest of the body with gold panels. The investment is currently under construction. A twin office building “Argento” was built right next to it.
