One-story shopping malls are becoming more and more popular. The ability to enter each store from the outside allows them to function even during a pandemic lockdown. These facilities are also more friendly to the recipient and the environment – they do not overwhelm with their cubature. In our concept, we used Reynobond* facade panels in dark graphite and olive green. The first floor is enriched by the use of steel cables running along the length. They give the feeling of a double “skin” to the facade. A staircase leads to the first floor, and then a glass gallery distributes traffic to individual stores.
