A treat for lovers of British brands! The Jaguar, Land Rover and Range Rover saloon was created for the spaciousness of the interior and the best use of the existing plot. The enormous investment challenge was to build this facility basically in swampy areas where groundwater level already exists at a depth of -1 meter below the surface. Therefore, it was necessary to design a structural system based on several hundred reinforced concrete piles that allowed stabilization of the foundation of the living room. The building is made in a mixed technology – reinforced concrete pillars, partially masonry walls, roof in a steel structure with girders. Currently, part of the facade has been redesigned and adapted to the new brand standards.
