The “Strzegocice Park” center will have two shopping halls with an external roofed gallery. Each store has an autonomous entrance from the outside, therefore the buildings do not need an internal passage. The façades were clad with “Alucoil” façade panels in a holographic version. Thanks to this, the façade is more interesting and each time it shimmers with different shades of copper in the sun. Each panel is cut at a slightly different angle. It is worth mentioning that it is the only shopping center in this area which in the future will be directly adjacent to the newly designed Pilsen ring road. In front of the gallery, there will be space for outdoor cafes and pastry shops. There is also a logistics center of our project for the same investor nearby. A building permit is currently being processed. It is expected that the construction of the investment will start in 2024.
