Located on the edge of Park Farmony, the office building gives the impression of being serious and elegant – perhaps because pharmaceutical companies will move to it in the future. The modern façade is clad with Equitone* fiber-cement panels and the joinery is one of the most modern in Krakow – it is composed of posts and bolts hidden behind glass panels. In accordance with the guidelines of the city office and architect, the roof is designed as intensely green, where trees can even grow in special pots. The surroundings of the building are designed to maximize the use of space for rest and parking. The concept was created in cooperation with the Artdesign interior design studio.
