The three-storey office building was designed in the spirit of minimalism. The simple shape fits into the character of the area and the nearest neighbors, where the range of plots at the motorway border has been set up for service and office development. The main entrance accentuated by a large glazing passing through all floors and blinds filtering excess light entering the building. The elevation made in the Knauf Aquapanel system stands out with technological innovations. The wall is made from an aluminum facade and thanks to this technology, we have obtained an additional 150 sq m of usable space which greatly pleased the Investor. The facility has been leased by Mitsubishi to its head office in this part of the country.
