More than 10 years ago, we undertook the reconstruction and adaptation of the warehouse and manufacturing building office complex for Inwestycje Mix Biura company. The skeleton of the building has been preserved. It is a prefabricated reinforced concrete structure and the building itself has been in use since the 1970s. When creating the façade, we wanted to include some industrial motifs in it. Thanks to the old layout of the buildings and the new façade, an interesting space was created in the form of courtyards, which made it possible to get the impression of a small, pleasing assumption. Main entrances and terraces are accented with gray corrugated sheet. The red color referring to the company colors was a continuation of the investment motif at Wielicka Street.
