The strong position of our architectural office has been strengthened by comprehensive order handling in many construction sectors, an innovative approach to creating space, recommendations and the trust of satisfied customers.

The ARCHI-VISION architectural office was established in 1996 as an atelier of Krzysztof Kinaszewski - a graduate of the Faculty of the Cracow University of Technology. Once this place was created by one architect, today the spaces are designed by a team of qualified architects.

In accordance with the current trends for residential buildings, we have created an apartment building with a modern design that fits perfectly into the surroundings and is a dialogue between the Bobrzynskiego Housing Estate and the meadows of Ruczaj district.
“DELTA BOUTIQUE” APARTHOTEL

The prestigious location and function associated with tourism have changed our approach to previously designed interiors. We focused on the latest trends! The Aparthotel on Nowy sq. in Krakow's Kazimierz district was supposed to correspond to the spirit of the place where it was created.
BRONOWICE BUSINESS CENTER 9

This is by far the largest completed office building designed by our studio. Simple shape follows the thoroughfare of Jasnogorska street. Horizontal white stripes emphasize the slender figure, wrapping on side elevations then to come back to the front. Main entrance accentuated by an additional glass façade with print and Bronowice Business Center 9 logo.
BOBRZYNSKIEGO II HOUSING ESTATE – PRZEMIARKI

In the implementation of this project, which had to have a multi-pitched roof in the building conditions document, we focused on a modern and original form, deviating from the surrounding buildings from a much older period. The characteristic element of this architecture are "dancing" balconies and seam sheet flowing down from the roof surfaces elevations to the base of the ground floor.
KRAKOW UNIVERSITY OF ECONOMY – G PAVILION

Anyone who has ever driven down Rakowicka street going to the cemetery or to the University of Economics associates this view. The project of the Pavilion G building at UEK was made faithfully based on our concept. We tried to create a modern facility but blending in with the historic buildings.
MIX OFFICES – WIELICKA

The most characteristic object in our architectural output from the 2000s. The Mix Offices building located at the intersection of Wielicka and Dworcowa streets is passed every day by many residents of Krakow. The facility, just like the complex on Wadowicka, was also adapted and reconstructed to meet the requirements of future tenants.

More than 10 years ago, we undertook the reconstruction and adaptation of the warehouse and manufacturing building office complex for Inwestycje Mix Biura company. The skeleton of the building has been preserved. It is a prefabricated reinforced concrete structure and the building itself has been in use since the 1970s.
HOSPITAL ON KLINY DISTRICT

The Investor trusted us again. The clinic is realizing its expectations as to the colors, materials and modern form. As the main interior designers, we focused on bright, well-lit interiors, which were designed to refer to the aesthetics of white hospital walls.
BMW M-CARS – CONRADA

Each of us associates a slender design and elegant proportions of the white body of BMW car dealerships. The style inspired by the creative output of the well-known modernist Mies van der Rohe became the main showcase of the Munich tycoon on the automotive market.

The three-storey office building was designed in the spirit of minimalism. The simple shape fits into the character of the area and the nearest neighbors, where the range of plots at the motorway border has been set up for service and office development.
